Anthony Thomas, Pastor
What are your responsibilities at Coburn? As pastor here at Coburn, I am passionate about inviting and walking with people along a journey of moving to an abundant and transformed life in Christ – lives full of love, joy, peace, and hope from God – lives guided by the Holy Spirit into service and care for others.
Tell us about your family. My wife Susan and I have been married since 2011. We have four wonderful children – Benjamin (born in 2013), Evelyn (born in 2015), Lillian (born in 2017), and Elijah (born in 2019).

What do you enjoy doing for fun? I enjoy cooking, playing the piano, and being with my family.
Interesting Fact- Before full-time ministry I was a chef working in various restaurants and catering establishments. I am trained in classical cooking and love to teach those who are interested in learning something new.

Tell us about your family. I have been married to my wonderful husband Gary White since 2002. We have two beautiful daughters, Alayna (born 2005) and Samantha (born 2009).

What do you enjoy doing for fun? camping, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends
Interesting Fact- I enjoy doing automotive work and working with my hands.

Tell us about your family. Garry and I have been married 45 wonderful years. He has served Coburn many needed ways... We have three adult children. Daughters: Neely of Mesquite, Texas; Dr. Kim of Spring Hill, Tennessee Son and wife: Ryan, Amber and grandchildren: Addilyn 5 and Rylee 2 years old, of Knoxville, Tennessee

heard you calling in the night."...I have been serving Coburn for 29+ years.

Sarah Dosch, Family Ministry Coordinator
What are your responsibilities at Coburn? I am the Family Ministry Coordinator. I oversee all discipleship ministries for birth through grade 12, reach out to young families both within the Coburn congregation and latchkey program as well as those in the surrounding community, assist the children's ministry coordinator, and recruit, train, and deploy volunteers for youth and children's ministry.
Tell us about your family. I have been married to my husband, Jared for 18 years. We have 3 children, Ben, Evan, and Olivia, a dog Max and a cat Raichu.

What do you enjoy doing for fun? I enjoy camping, knitting, and spending time with my family.
Interesting Fact - I have been a registered nurse for 19 years. I left my career in nursing after the birth of our second son to raise our children. Then I felt a calling to help with the children's ministry here at Coburn, which I did for a year before moving onto family ministry.

Tell us about your family. Lynne and I have lived in Zanesville since 1983 when I began employment in the Tri-Valley School District. We have one daughter, Kelly, who lives in the Columbus area with her husband and 2 children.

I am the Latchkey Administrator for the Coburn Child Care Center.

I am married to my husband; Dan and we have one son named Corban. He is our miracle baby born in December of 2020.

Three words that best describe me are: Empathetic, Charismatic, Vivacious.
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I enjoy adventuring with my family—seeing new places. We enjoy going to local supporting events and supporting our nephews. I also enjoy reading, creating digital prints and invitations, crafting, and listening to podcasts.
Interesting Fact
One interesting fact about me: I went to kindergarten with two broken arms. I was adventuring too hard and fell out of a tree that I was climbing.
What is your favorite Bible Verse?
Luke 10:41 Martha, Martha, you are worried about many things.
My given name is Martha and I tend to be a worrier. This verse always feels like a gentle reminder from Jesus. Even when I am worried, there is time to slow down, refocus, and choose him.
